FD150: Add PABX code

You can configure your FD150 terminal to use a PABX Code, allowing it to use multiple call lines with a single access number. 

1. Tap Other
2. Tap More twice
3. Tap Setup Params
4. Tap View Params
5. Enter the password 990712 and then press the green Enter button
6. Tap Host
7. Tap Credit
8. Tap Next Until Primary Authorization
9. Tap Edit
10. Enter 9 and , (comma) then type the Primary Authorization phone number
11. Tap Save
12. Tap Next Until Secondary Authorization
13. Tap Edit
14. Enter 9 and , (comma) then type the Secondary Authorization phone number
15. Tap Save
16. Tap Next Until Primary Settlement
17. Tap Edit
18. Enter 9 and , (comma) then type the Primary Settlement phone number
19. Tap Save
20. Tap Next Until Secondary Settlement
21. Tap Edit
22. Enter 9 and , (comma) then type the Secondary Settlement phone number
23. Tap Save
24. To return to the main screen, press Clear (red button) three times.
