1. To sort the data in the Deposits view, click on the header you would like to sort by.

2. Each column can be filtered with the use of the Filter Button.

3. The data can also be filtered by entering a value in the type-in Filter Box.

4. Note that the Service type "Card" includes both Credit and Debit Card transactions. The ACH type includes only ACH transactions.

5. The Deposits view columns can be customized by clicking the Choose Columns button.

6. Select or de-select columns using the checkboxes.

7. Additional options are available by clicking the ellipsis to the right of the column heading.

8. Click Export to save the Deposits data.

9. The data can be exported in CSV or TSV format.

10. The following are the definitions for several of the Deposits report columns. You can hover over the column headings to view these definitions as well.

Deposit - The net total deposited into your account after all adjustments and fees are applied.

11. Batch Totals - The combined total of all transactions from one or more batches that will be deposited together, before any adjustments or fees.

12. Adjustment - Changes (e.g., refunds, corrections) that affect the deposit total, excluding any transactions placed on risk hold.

13. Conveyed - The portion of your sales that certain card networks - such as American Express or Discover - forward directly to you. This may appear as a separate deposit in your account, outside of the main deposit.

14. Retained - The total fees withheld by your software vendor, and therefore not included in the deposit.

15. Fee - The total charges deducted for processing or other services prior to the net deposit.
