1. Welcome to this Introduction to the Fortis Gateway. After logging into the Gateway, you will be directed to the Dashboard.

2. The default graph view, Transactions - History & Forecast, can be filtered by clicking on the transaction type.

3. Additional graph views are available by clicking on Additional Graphs.

4. The table to the left reflects any Recurring Billing Declines that have occurred during the current and previous months.

5. The Virtual Terminal is where you will generate most transactions.

6. The Contacts view gives a list report of all customers for whom you have created a record.

7. All list reports in the Fortis Gateway have type-in Filter capability.

8. The Account Vaults view provides a list of all the debit and credit card accounts saved to the Gateway for future transactions. Each card account is linked to a Contact record.

9. The Recurring Billings page displays a list of any recurring transactions you have scheduled for your location.

10. You can click on the Description for a detailed view of the transaction.

11. In the detailed Recurring Billings view you can Edit, Delete, Skip, or Defer recurring transactions.

12. The Quick Invoices view displays a list of any Quick Invoice transactions set up for your location.

13. You can also view the details of a Quick Invoice by clicking the Invoice Number.

15. View any Paylinks for your location in this view.

16. View a list report of any Locations you have access to on this page.

17. Click the Location Name to view a location's details.

18. You can update the location's information, run reports, or change a location's settings from the details view.

19. The next item in the left-hand menu is Reports.

20. This menu gives you direct access to eight standard Gateway reports. It will also be the location where you will access any customized reports you have saved.

21. The last option in the menu is the Need Help? button. Clicking on that menu item will navigate you to helpful materials and articles related to your Gateway experience.
