1. Welcome to this article, "Search, Edit, or Deactivate a Customer Record."

2. Start by expanding the Gateway menu.

3. Click Customers.

4. Use the type-in Filters to search for the customer.

5. Click in the Customer's Row to open the details view.

Step 5 image

6. Click Deactivate if you want to deactivate the customer.

Step 6 image

7. Or, click Edit to edit the customer.

Step 7 image

8. Select the customer information you would like to change.

9. Enter the updated information.

Step 9 image

10. Click Save.

That's it. You're done!
