1. Welcome to this article, "Search, Edit, or Deactivate a Customer Wallet.

2. Start by expanding the Gateway menu.

3. Click Customers.

4. Use the type-in Filters to search for the customer the wallet belongs to.

5. Click in the customer's row to view the customer's details.

6. Click the ellipsis to open the wallet actions menu.

Step 6 image

7. Click Deactivate if you want to deactivate the wallet.

Step 7 image

8. Or, click Edit to edit the wallet information.

9. Select the information you would like to edit.

10. Enter the updated information.

11. Click Save Changes.

That's it. You're done!
