SwipeSimple: Refund

The card must be present or card details available to key for refunds

1. Open the SwipeSimple application

2. Tap on the hamburger menu from the top-left corner of the screen

   

3. Tap on Transaction History

   

4. Tap on the transaction you wish to void

   

5. Tap Refund

   

6. Select the amount you wish to refund
7. Tap CONFIRM
8. Insert/swipe/tap the card (or key in the card details) that was used in the original transaction
9. The refund should process
