SwipeSimple: Settle a Batch

Accounts are set to either batch manually or automatically. If you need your account updated, please contact Customer Support.

  • Manual Batching
  • Steps to ensure Auto Batching occurs
  • If you are using a cellphone/tablet application set to have the batch automatically close, no additional action is needed.

    If you are using a PAX A920 or A80 smart terminal you will need to ensure that at the time the batch is scheduled to run:

    • The terminal is powered on
    • The terminal is connected to Wi-Fi or is connected to data using cellular SIM card
    • The BroadPOS payment application is running in the background
    1. Log into the SwipeSimple application
    2. Tap the Hamburger menu from the upper-left corner
    3. Select Current Batch from the menu
    4. Select the Close Batch option in the top right to close the batch
    5. Depending on your settings selection, the terminal may print out the batch reportĀ
