Your Merchant ID Number

Your Merchant Identification Number (MID) is used to identify your merchant account and to facilitate secure, seamless card payment processing for your business. Please keep your MID for your records. This can be found in your Fortis Welcome email with the subject "Welcome to Fortis".

Accessing the Fortis Portal

The Fortis Merchant Portal is an all-in-one virtual terminal solution equipped with a variety of features including customer data management, back-end support, refund/void processing, and reporting capabilities, all designed to integrate with your ERP and optimize how your business manages payments. 

Please log in to your Fortis Gateway Portal using the following credentials:

PORTAL LINK: https://portal.fortis.tech
USERNAME: Your Email Address
PASSWORD: Click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen to create and setup your password for instant access.

Bank ID Entry Guide for Uninterrupted Deposits

If your bank account has ACH filters or deposit restrictions, you need to contact your bank to allow Fortis deposits. Give your bank the Fortis Company ID from your welcome email and ask them to approve it.

This will help make sure your deposits are not delayed or blocked.
