Create a One-Time Transaction with an Existing Contact

In situations when a regular customer may not want to use their account vault, or may not want to create an account vault, you can use their contact record to create a one-time transaction.

1. This article covers running a one-time transaction with an existing contact.

2. Start by clicking Contacts.

3. Click to select the contact.

4. Click Charge.

5. Select the Payment Method.

6. Select the Transaction Type.

Step 6 image

7. Enter the Transaction Amount.

Step 7 image

8. For ACH

Select the SEC Code, and confirm the Account Information.

9. Type to select the Routing Number.

Step 9 image

10. Enter the Account Number.

Step 10 image

11. Enter a Description for the transaction.

Step 11 image

12. Confirm the Billing Information.

Step 12 image

13. Click Process Transaction.

Step 13 image

14. From the receipt view you can Void the transaction, Email, or Print the receipt.
Click Close to exit.

That's it. You're done!
