If the User that needs an API Key is linked to multiple locations, DO NOT use this procedure. Instead, contact Support to obtain the User API Key from your main account which they can add to the user accounts for all your related locations.
Follow the steps below to generate a single-location API Key.
- Click the Support button in the upper-right corner of the portal.
- Select Users from the dropdown menu.
- The filter fields under the column headers can be used to locate the user’s account.
- Click the Username to open the user’s settings.
- Scroll down the User Info tab to the User API Key row.
- Click the New Key button to generate the key.
NOTE: If this key gets deleted from the User’s profile it cannot be retrieved, you will need to generate a new one. - The key will save to the User’s profile automatically.
