Generate a User Hash Key

If the User that needs a Hash Key is linked to multiple locations, DO NOT use this procedure.  Instead, contact Support to obtain the User Hash Key from your main account which they can add to the user accounts for all your related locations.

  1. Select Locations from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Location Name to open the location’s settings.
  3. Click the Settings button on the upper right of the General Info tab.
  4. Select Users from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click the Username to open the user’s settings.
  6. Click the Edit button in the upper right corner of the User Info table.
  7. Scroll down the User Info tab to the User Hash Key row.
  8. Click the Red Circle Arrows to the right of the field name to generate the key.
    NOTE: If this key gets deleted from the User’s profile it cannot be retrieved, you will need to generate a new key.
  9. Click the Save button.

NOTE:  If you need any assistance Generating the Hash Key for your User, please contact Support.
