Welcome to this tutorial on Running an ACH Transaction in the Virtual Terminal.
1. Start by clicking Gateway.
2. Click Virtual Terminal.
3. Select the ACH Payment Method.
4. Select the Transaction Type you would like to create.
Note: For this tutorial, we will create a Sale or Collect (Debit) transaction.
7. Enter the Transaction Amount.
8. Enter the Account Holder Name.
9. Select the correct SEC Code for the transaction.
10. Select the Account Type.
11. Select whether the account is Business or Personal.
12. Enter the Account Number.
13. Start to enter the Routing Number.
14. Then select the Bank from the list.
15. Click the Checkbox to save the account information for Future Transactions.
16. Enter a Wallet Title to finish saving the account.
17. It is highly recommended to add the account Billing Information on every transaction.
18. Enter the billing Street Address.
19. Enter the City.
20. Enter the State.
21. Enter the ZIP Code.
22. Optional: Enter the account holder's Phone number.
Note: If you send Text (SMS) receipts or invoices, you will need to enter the account holder's cell phone number.
23. Click Process Transaction.
24. If the transaction is processed successfully, a confirmation screen will appear. From this screen, you will have the option to Void Transaction and Print or Email Receipt.
25. You can also view the Transaction Details or Click to process another transaction.

1. Start by clicking Gateway.
2. Click Virtual Terminal.
3. Select the ACH Payment Method.
4. Select the Transaction Type you would like to create.

6. In the Customer Details section, start typing the Account Holder (Customer) name.
7. Select the correct Customer Wallet from the list.
8. You can expand the Information drop-down to confirm you have selected the correct Customer Account.
9. Select the Customer Wallet Payment Method Type under the Payment Account Details section.
10. Expand the Select a Customer Wallet drop-down.
11. Select the correct payment account from the Customer Wallet list.
12. It is highly recommended to verify that you have the account holder's current Billing Information.
13. Once you have confirmed the Billing Information, click Process Transaction.
14. If the transaction is processed successfully, a confirmation screen will appear. From this screen, you will have the option to Void Transaction and Print or Email Receipt.
15. You can also view the Transaction Details or Click to process another transaction.
