Deactivate or Reactivate a User

To change the status of User accounts, you must have the Client Admin user role assigned.

1. Welcome to this article, "Deactivate, Reactivate, or Edit a User."

2. Start by clicking Locations.

3. Select the user's location.

4. Click Settings.

5. Click Users.

6. Click the Username to open the user details view.

7. Deactivate a User

Click the User Status button to toggle.

8. The user is now Inactive.

9. To view inactive users, select Inactive from the Status menu.

10. Click the UserName to view the user's details.

11. Reactivate a User

Click the Inactive button to toggle.

12. The user is now reactivated.

13. Edit a User

Click Edit.

14. Click into the field you want to edit.

15. Enter the new or updated information.

16. Click Save.

17. Edit a Users Email/Username

Click Update Email/Username.

18. Click Update Now.

19. Click Use Different Email Address.

20. Type the Email Address.

21. Type to Confirm Email Address.

22. Click Save.

23. Click Ok.

24. Click Close to exit.

That's it. You're done!
