Find a User ID

Option #1: Locations Method

Follow the steps below to look up a User's ID through the Locations tab.

1. Select Locations from the left-hand menu.  Proceed to Steps 2 and 3 below if your account has access to multiple locations.
2. The filter fields under the column headers can be used to locate the user’s location.
3. Click the Location Name to open the location’s settings.
4. Click the Settings button on the upper right of the General Info tab.
5. Select Users from the dropdown menu.
6. Click on the Username for the desired user’s account.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the User Info tab.
8. The User Id is the second row from the bottom of the tab.

Option #2: Support Menu Method

You will need to be an administrator to use this method.

1. Click the Support button in the upper-right corner of the portal.
2. Select Users from the dropdown menu.
3. The filter fields under the column headers can be used to locate the user’s settings.
4. The User Id field is the last column on the page.
